Hotel Policy

• Pets are not permitted in the hotel
• All rooms are non-smoking rooms
• Guests smoking in the room will be surcharged with a cleaning fee equivalent to a one-night room rate.
• Guests must provide a government-issued ID (a valid International Passport, a valid Driver's License, a voter's card, or a national ID Card) at the front office before checking in.

Property Rights

We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not satisfy our terms and conditions, which are not in compliance with regulatory guidelines, or where false information is provided.

Booking Conditions

• Payment confirms any reservation.
• All prices include 7.5% VAT and 5% Sales tax.

Check-In/Check-out policy

• A valid Government-issued means of identification is required upon check-in. (Driver’s license, International Passport, voter card, or National Identity Card)
• Guests are required to present a valid form of identification from the list identified.
• Check-in time: 11:00 am
• Checkout time: 12:00noon
• Early Check-in/ Late checkout is subject to availability; to be confirmed at the Reservation desk.
• Late checkout attracts a 50% surcharge up to 18:00 and full payment after 18:00.

Cancellation Policy

Notification for a reservation cancellation can be made without a penalty 48 hours (2 days) before the check-in date.

Cancellation or rescheduling of multiple rooms and or days of booking will be charged the equivalent value for a one-night reservation.

Room will be charged for 1 night for NO SHOW (Guaranteed Reservation).
